Our accounting firm is located in Kingwood, Texas – just north of Houston.  We began in 1990 after years of broad based experience in industry and Big 8 (now Big 4) public accounting.

Our target clients are small to mid-sized businesses that need the services of knowledgeable and experienced accountants and also realize the benefits of only paying for these services on an “as needed” basis.  We also prepare hundreds of personal Federal and state tax returns through a division of our practice that grew from preparing the returns of corporate officers.

Using a monthly or quarterly fee to replace a full-time staff, we are able to cut the cost of in-house accounting departments while equaling or exceeding the high quality of financial information gathering and reporting.

We share the research materials and software systems among several clients and our staff is re-assigned when not actively involved with a specific client.  This efficient use of our time and resources usually enables us to save our new business clients thousands.
